Topic: Sunvisor installation 58 convertible

Problem...I have new sunvisors from Wolfburg West for 58 - 64 Kabriolet. I am having a difficult time getting them to 'slide' on to the mirror posts. Help!

You might have to open up the clip a little in the new visor or make sure it is orientated correctly. A little lube helps to. jamesdagg recommends KY jelly wink

i had a similar issue with my repro mirror on my '53 (the dark see-thru visor). just used Vaseline, and shoved it on gently. better than K Y!
