I see that his payment terms from "thesamba" say: "Asking $4,000.00 o.b.o. (CDN)-Certified cheque//Paypal plus Paypal fees."
Unless someone is going to have the VW shipped...they're pretty much going to have to meet the guy in Ontario...so cash would certainly be possible I would think. Of course many folks may not want to run around with $4,000 CDN in their pocket.
