Jim,

It looks like we need to have a Facebook account to see your pictures.

Someone might have signed in on your computer at one time, and the cookie is still there. I got the "You must log in to see this page" message.

Re: Great Canadian VW Weekend 2009

I created the Kamloops VW club and the Facebook page but it should be open to the public. I was not at the show, the pics were taken by my friend and VW partner. The green Hi Top Westy is his, not the one with the custom interior. He recently moved to Vancouver. It's a 4 hour drive through major mountains for me to go. Next year if my bus is ready I'll go. It will be cheaper as I can stay in the bus free.

If no one can get the pics I'll post the better ones here. It's just so much easier on Facebook.

There were over 50 splitties (buses) and maybe 200 Beetles. Lots of parts for sale too. We got a splash pan and some engine tin and the two pipes from exchangers to booster fan, all for $25. There was a 70 amp bus alt for $25 but by the time Nick phoned me to ask if he should get it, it was gone.

While I'm not a fan of green or yellow this is special

This one has great paint as well but the custom interior is very well done. It's for sale and Nick is considering trading up>
