Topic: Need to Pop out a RF part of the wheel well

Hey

Ripping apart and welding up my 68 and I am down to about nothing left on it and i noticed that the RF was bumped in at some point in its lifetime.  Pretty hard to see but it is about 1/4" back on that side with a tiny buckle.  Not sure if it would affect the hanging of the fender but suspect not.  I cannot pound it out as that will not move the section like it should be.  I am thinking to use the deflated basketball trick to pop it back, but wondered if anyone might have a different way to move that section.

What i would love to use is some sort of hydraulic pump/scissor deal, but don't know if there is one small enough to fit into the edge of the tire well.

Thanks in advance

key word in my post was scissor.  Took a scissor jack, made a block that i bolted to the bumper bracket and using the front strut as the base and slowly eased it out.  The word scissor just stuck in my head all night and it worked.  problem solved
