Yupp can somebody please explain how NASCAR is gonna work out in 2016 ??

   Wouldnt that be Sprint Car Raceing ???
   Where are all the Automotive innovation's and Technological advance's in the Auto Industry gonna come from ??
   I was readin that the Honda Hybrid use's 84 Size D Nickel Cadium Batterie's ?? Man that's a lott of Flash Light Raiding ??
   If you destroy NASCAR your Gonna put us behind Europe , Japan and any other country that Manufacture's Car's Big time !
   Well Maybe not ? They get almost all there Automotive Technology from us !
   With the Exception of Kamm Roof Line's ?? 1930's German Innovation ! Man them Car's look ugly !

You can find good analyses around about how "well" car companies controlled by governments have done in history - usually ranked as the worst cars of all time. The companies make the cars the government wants, which are often NOT what customers want.
That said, there are some interesting alternate fuel cars that do very well on the track. Of course the 24-hours of Daytona may have long pit stops for re-charging batteries...

We could start with, what happened to Nascar 20 years ago? Everything is so regulated that the only difference is the drivers experience and/or luck. In the beginning it was "Bring what ya' got" and if it has more horse power and a good driver you stand a chance at winning. It's all about uniformity and safety now and I guess that's why the local circuit oval and dirt tracks did not parish with onset of the monstrosity that it is today, Nascar. They should all have the same car, same engine, same set up, same tune, limiters to 150 mph, same tires and no wall tracks, you just fall off into a net covered with Sealey mattresses. Hey, there's a sponsor. Get rid of all the god forsaken beer and liqueur and whiskey and cigarette cars. What about jumping on the green band wagon and going all electric? It's the Honda Hybrid 200.

  American automotive Industry will suffer right along with them !
  At least 1/2 the Automotive Technological advances of the Last 30 ta 40 year's have come from NASCAR Raceing !
  As to Me personally ? I think that 4 Cyl. is the way ! Can hardly wait to Enter NASCAR raceing with my Bugg ??? LMAO
   But I think Auto Manf. should have been takin us this Direction long time ago ! Just that there was no Demand for the Smaller Car's ??
  Gas was Cheap ! Every Idiot with a small Appendage has the need to compensate by buying a big OLe 4 Wheel DRive Dual Cabb with Dick Cepek style Tire's ???
  But Govt Mandate's have never worked !
  Has to be Free Market's !

  The lower the Profile the more the Boxer become's Viable ? I read article like 7 or 8 year's ago that said Pontiac was lookin at the Boxer Configurated Power Plant ?
  Roo Car's are some of the Fastest Dependable Vehicle's out there ! Im told the Reason they dont do so well in the consumer Digest Magg's is that Roo Car's are known for eating Tire's and Brake's , Suspension Componant's etc.
  Eatin Tire's and Brakes , Suspension Componant's Tell's me that these are Car's that are Truly Driven !
  Faster you Go the More Wear you gett !
  As to American Manf. Car's !! Get ready for 10 + more year's of Govt Mandated Junk Car's !

What do Americans want in a car???
Is it different from Canadians (ie VW of Canada is attached to VW Germany)
Is it different from what Mexicans want?
Why are they different??  What do you use/ does the car you can afford to buy fill your everyday needs?


What do you want and do the American car companies supply that to you?
Why do they have European branches and models if North American style cars are the best?
Do you NEED a car?  Do you need many?   


We need to rethink cars.
I don't like American cars.  I don't think they are made for me--oh I could drive a utilitarian J car (Citation) but who wants to???   And they are still building THAT kind of crap--in my opinion.
I like utilitarian but there needs to be more to it tthan what's out there somehow.
I liked however when you bought a pick up truck tailgate or chrome bumper separate and they were trucks.

But seriously--are the American car companies supplying you with the vehicles/options you want?--you want power doors and windows on everything? ...Need to have an dealer oil change technician change your oil coz you don't have the right tools to remove the plastic covers (Or whatever once easily replaced part you may have done yourself)  AND have to wait all day until he comes available to do a 15 min. job???
