Topic: 4 Air-Cooled Porsches for Sale

Hey gang I don't know how many of you are into air-cooled porsche's as well as VW's but I thought I'd pass this on. I have a friend who is a huge air-cooled Porsche and VW nut - can you blame him? smile

Anyway he is selling several 1960's Porsches:

A 1962 Porsche 356B Coupe , a 1965 Porsche 356C , a 1963 Porsche 356B Super , and a 1969 Porsche 912.

If you are interested in any or all of them you can find out more info on his classic cars for sale page at his site Sunset Classics. He has photo galleries of the '62 356B and the 912 - the 912 also has several videos as well, and is actually up for auction right now until thursday I think.

Oh, now that I think about it he actually has 5 air-cooled Porsches for sale since he has a pretty slick 1997 Porsche Ruf CTR2 sport for sale as well. Not a classic but... Yum Yum none the less. smile

I'm going to guess that the average Air-Cooled Porsche owner & the average Air-Cooled VW owner are in different tax brackets!  wink

p.s.  BTW...whether old or new...most Porsche's are air-cooled (with some exceptions).

Yah you're right - maybe even a few tax brackets different - I know I am. smile Still a guy can dream right?

And yah, I guess you're right about the air-cooled Porsches - I should have stuck a "classic" in there somewhere. smile On a side note I just heard about the eRUF Model A, which is an all electric Porsche made by Ruf based on a Porsche 911 C2 perhaps going into production this fall. And it's only 250k - perhaps I'll get a couple. wink
