WTB - 1600-1641 engine

Looking for running engine in the Barrie Ontario area.  I want to rebuild my own, but I would like to drop a working engine into my car in the mean time so i can have it running by spring and take my time rebuilding my current engine. 

I'd like a 1600-1641, but would consider a mild performance engine if the price is right.

ENGINE MUST BE IN RUNNING CONDITION!
