WTB Title & Tags for '68 Karmann Ghia

I need a 68 Karmann Ghia Title & Vin Tags. I've built a car out of free scrapyard parts and need to have a Ghia Vin # not a Bugs.  Basically I'm buying the junk '68 Karmann Ghia you have and you are cutting it up and sending it to me in an envelope.
