OEM VW Parts Supplier in Alaska??

Hi, Gang: This is one of those very vague recollections I hope that you can help me with....A few years back (maybe 4 or 5?) I stumbled across a fellow's website on which he was selling hundreds (thousands?) of original VW parts, like perhaps he had bought out several VW dealerships' parts departments from the 60's and 70's.  He was located someplace in Alaska. The site was not very fancy, but the photos that he had of the parts were very good, as were his prices....even with shipping included. Does this ring a bell with anyone??  Thanks. Clancy
