Topic: Where was your car made?

One other thing. I wish I had the link and I know some others on
this forum do have it, but there is a site that will research your
VIN and can tell you where your car was made, when your car was
made, where it was shipped and Most important, what dealership sold
it. Could someone tell me just where this site is please. Thank you.

Blue Beetle: Years ago VW in Wolfsburg used to send you all of the info you're seeking. You might try contacting the "museum" mentioned in the following:

Please report back as to your success in getting the information. A word of caution...don't worry if your request takes several weeks to get an answer. I once contacted Customer Service in Germany and got a great set of maps with dealer locations throughout Europe and Great Britain, but it took about a month. Good luck. Clancy
