Topic: Wheels for my VW beetle.

I just recently bought a 1996 VW beetle, because I really like the way they look and make you feel al retro. I obviously wanted to toy with it bit, so I bought a new stereo system and stuff. Then, I headed for the wheel shops, and to my surprise, NO ONE HAS VW BEETLE WHEELS! What is going on in the world? I know I have seen beetles with magnesium wheels....so I'm getting a bit worried, like, how did they get them and I can't? Is there like a "year limit" on models where you can put wheels on some and aome others you can't? I'd like to know if there's a possibility of my beetle getting some really cool wheels or not. I assume this is an aircooled Mexican made Beetle - nice cars. VW specialty shops have a number of wheels available - get a VW Trends or Hot VWs magazine and check the ads.
