I'm going. I probably will be a vendor at the swap meet. I've got a big box of those 1949 owner manuals that I need to unload. Nobody wants them because they are written in German.

NAH! I think I'm going to drive the 67 deluxe bus. I just got the top removed with my sabre saw. The pinto engine is now in the bus. I stuck the radiator on top of the motor with some angle iron welded to the body which was rust free by the way. If it don't rain I'll bring the bus. I got some bitchin spinners from auto zone stuck on it. I hated to cut the sliding sun roof off but it looks like it will fit my Ford Econoline . I used the top minus the sunroof to make a flower garden border for my wife.

yea Yancey you build some of the coolest stuff with old vw's.
what did you do with the car with 2 back windows?did you finally make it 1 big window?

Yeah, I cut that post out of the middle of the rear window and put a piece of plexiglass in it with a bead of white caulk to hold it in. It don't look too bad! I'm gettin good at this "Pimpin' My Ride" stuff.

wow cool I want my ride pimped.curb feelers and some spinners on the wheels with air bags,it would be the coolest bug around.
