GAO Software Modules Overview

Be nice, Yancey...Frank was helping us all crack into the Government
Accounting Office's system via our modems...or maybe these codes are
used to contact the black helicopters I've seen over my house late
at night.....Persnally, Frank, I'd like to see a more in depth
discussion, not just an "overview". Haven't seen that long of a post
since Sean left. Actually, Frank's is easier to read. Clancy
