Hey, Gordo: Check for a date symbol stamped into a flat part on the
rim, near one of the lug holes. It is usually a circle with a
"fraction" in it....i.e. the month is in the "numerator" and the
year is in the "denominator". Sometimes the date is filled in with
years of paint and road grime. Usually a rag soaked with paint
thinner or Simple Green will reveal the date. If not, you may need
some 220 grit wet dry paper to lower the paint a little. Let us know
what you find. Clancy
