Max Engine Size w/ Stock Fuel Injection

I was wondering if anybody has had experience with using a stock fuel
injection system on a 2000cc engine. I live at almost 7000' and bug
never goes below 5280' and as high as 13,000'. A properly tuned
stock injection system has worked a great deal better than dual
webers.

Because the air is thinner up here I was wondering if the stock fuel
injection could accommadate a 2000cc mild tune engine.

Any suggestions or advise??????
