Topic: 71 beetle conv

Im starting a resto project on a 71 beetle conv. I need to replace
the floorpans and the convertable top. Anybody have any
recomendation on who to buy from? Also looking at one of the
rebuilt engines, rather than doing it myself. Looking for
recomendations. Located in Ann Arbor MI. Thanks.

For the pans and convertible top, look at Rocky Mtn. Motorworks. I've
had good luck with them. For an engine, look at MOFOCO in WIsconsin.
Got a short block from them once and it ran excellent when I
finished it. I believe they deal in long blocks also.
