Topic: Where to purchase fenders

Can anyone tell me of all the parts places online, which is the best
to place to get fender for my 65 bug. ?????

Pricey but always good Mexican quality if they have them in stock.

These are Italian and are reasonably priced.
Bottom line is that fenders are available but in my experience none
of the new ones (regardless of manufacturer) ar as good of a fit and
weight as the original German units. That said, it is probably next
to impossible to find a set of NOS German fenders, although a search
of the junk yards might turn up a few which could be "beat" into
shape.....but the body work will set you back a lot. Good luck.
