Repro tail light chrome rings 1956-60

Has anyone installed the reproduction chrome tail light rings in
their 1956-1960 tail lights that are available from BFY or other
sources? These rings are $12 each and I am wondering if the chrome
on them is any good. Do they hold up? Or just rust away? Are they
light weight?
