monsoon

i have a 2001 jetta woth a monsoon system. its sounds good with radio
and cd, but today it went to 4 different channels at one time. we
called the vw service center and they said to unplug it and it will
work and that was a lie. now the radio wont even come on. i took it
to the service center today and they said that i would need a whole
new radio. and they said it would cost a 1,000 dollars for a stock
tape player.
aint that some b.s. as for monsoon dont get it
