why is it crap? it is after market, and we know that most
aftermarket stuff is crap. did he lie? did he mislead you in the
description? give us some more info so we know what really
happend.

Whether or not the part is aftermarket or not, it's bad business to
not respond to emails or phone calls from a customer. That alone
would imply that the seller is of questionable virtue.
