Topic: Stolen Bus

On June 6, my 1970 Bus was stolen from a gas station parking lot in
Austin, Rhode Island (about 30 minutes south of Providence). The
week before I had lost compression in the 3rd cylinder and left it
there until I could get back to fix it. The bus was driven off the
lot between 10:00pm and 5:00am and probably has a window smashed.
It is doubtful that it could have gone far before the engine siezed.
It is blue and white and has more sentimental value then anything
else. If anyone has seen it, your help would be much appreciated.
Please pass this on to anyone that might be able to help. Thanks.

Re: Stolen Bus

Doubtfull that it'll be in my area, but a licence plate number would
be helpful

Re: Stolen Bus

Thanks you everyone for all your help. Earlier this week I located
the bus. It had been burned completely. Nothing taken, just
destroyed. It was the first car my wife and I ever got together,
and we spent a summer traveling around the US. She could never be
replaced.

My condolences on your loss, Rich. I've known of similar things
happening around here and shudder at the thought of experiencing it
personally.
