Restoration-'67 Karmen Ghia-Convertible

I'd like to have a professional restoration done on a recently
acquired '67 Karmen Ghia Convertible. The car is in pretty good
condition, as the floor boards haven't yet rotted away. It has
approximately 42K of original miles. I've recently had the brakes
redone and its my understanding that the engine is not original.

I live in eastern Pennsylvania and would like the restoration done
locally, if possible. Any suggestions, recommendations or personal
insight would be greatly appreciated.
