Everything I have ordered from them has been of good quality, thier
staff is curtious, and my order has arrived when they said it would.
My only complaint would be that they aren't open on sundays, so you
have to wait til monday to place your order.

Are you talking about So. Cal. Imports?
If so, then I have lots of complaints. I ordered an engine kit from
them. I had to fax a credit card signature to them, which is really
hard when you don't have a fax machine, and live in a small town
that doesn't have copy centers. They never got the fax, but I had
the acceptance, so therefore they lost it. They didn't call to let
me know they didn't have it, so I wasted almost 2 weeks there.
After I re-faxed, they said that they had sent it out, when I didn't
get within the week I called back, and they hadn't sent it. Finally
I got it, a FULL MONTH after I ordered it. The bearings to fit the
crank that they sent are impossible to find. . . which leads to
other problems.
Just an example of my problem. . . Hope you have better luck.
