Early Bus clock question.......info?

I have an early bus clock that has the time adjuster on the back side
, rather than coming out of the front. The white plastic back cover
is much larger than the other style, however, appears to be the same
make.Was this out of a 56 or 57 deluxe? Do you have any info??
