VW Question

Hey- here goes- I'm very interested in a `71 Beetle- silver,
completely restored, the works. asking $6100 will take $5000.
Anyway, although my uncle agreed to help me look at it, I am very
unknowledgeable about Bugs and I want to learn. I am going to by the
Idiot's Guide to VWs and hopefully figure out how to work on
Beetles, but meanwhile (It's hard to find!) I would greatly
appreciate personal advice, knowledge, any (good) websites
concerning mechanical advice/et cetera. I would love to receive
