Topic: How do I get a title for a 54?
I bought a 54 type1 body. Is there any way to get a title? I have a
64 pan with a title but would like to have it registered as a 54.
I'm in Texas if that makes a difference....

:Go to your county courthouse and apply for a lost title. The clerks
will give you some forms and tell you the proceedure.

I had a similar problem getting a title in Montana. One option is to
(I forget the term) have a temporary title made for it and after 3
years it will be official. The Department of transportation will
know what to do.
