Topic: Okrasa 32mm Car Restoration

Solex 32mm carbs for an early 356 pre "A" Porsche, Okrasa 36hp/40hp
or Denzel. They have been completely disassembled for thorough
cleaning and machinging. The carb housings have been chemically
stripped and all carburetor gasket contact surfaces have been
machined "perfectly" flat! This removes any uneven/warpped areas
that allow fuel to "bleed" out! How many times have you rebuilt or
had your carbs "rebuilt" by some so called rebuilder only to have
them not idle, leak, pop or even catch on fire! Dont laugh!! I have
seen this happen! :-(

The throttleshaft bores is where most of the problems originate when
your car DOES NOT want to idle smoothley. I had some special reamers
made (very expensive) to bore and ream for new Silicone Bronze
bushings. I press fit these correctly WITHOUT damaging carb
housings. How many of you had your throttleshaft bores break out
when this process was done???? The bushings are then reamed to
within .0005" clearence fit!!! INCREDIBLE!!!

All screws, nuts, bolts are de-burred/dressed AND glass beaded before
they are clear cadmium plated. Each carburetor is assembled by Me.
All work is done in my shop, Okrasa Motor Werks, and nothing is sent
out! I believe I do these carburetors better than anyone else for
what I get. Why spend mega $$$$$ to have someone else "rebuild" them
and then cry when they dont work properly?. Humm.....then call me up
wanting me to rebuild them for.....FREE!?!? Dont make sense to me!!!
Do me a favor and do it right the first time. Dont cheese!!!....

Each carb is jetted for YOUR application weather its Porsche
1300cc-1500cc Normal or Super, Okrasa 36hp/40hp or Denzel. I have
the correct specifications/applications. I have been rebuilding
these carbs since I was 17 years old so I would assume I know what
jets will work!

I have the tooling to rebuild the following carbs: Solex 32mm PBJ,
PBIC, PICB, Solex 28 PCI, Solex 40mm PBIC, PICB. If you would like
to see what goes into rebuilding a pair of these 32mm carbs, you can
