1969 Beetle - Must Sell - Baltimore, Maryland

We have a 1969 Beetle for sale in Baltimore, Maryland. This car has
had major repair work to the chassis and had all body work done with
full repaint about 5 years ago. The headliner was replaced at that
time as well, but the interior needs a rework. Engine appears to be
in good shape, but the transmission periodically pops out of gear
while driving. Mechanic says it is not a matter of adjustment, and
that trans will probably need repair or replacement. Left rear
fender slightly pushed in by unknown parking lot assailant, some
surface rust on bumpers and headlight rings, spot of rust bubbles on
left front fender. Car has later model rear fenders with round tail
lights. We just don't have the time to devote to the TLC a classic
VW requires. We have over $4k in the car, and will entertain
reasonable offers. Prefer local buyer - I do not wish to ship.
